Return and Exchange Process


Product Appreciation Period


From the moment the product arrives in your hands, you have a 7-day product appreciation period (including holidays).

If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide information such as "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone," "Returned Product Name," "Reason for Return with Photos," etc. Once our customer service receives this information, they will assist you with the return and exchange process.

Return Guidelines



Returned products must be unused and free from any human-caused damage, stains, or malfunctions. The Consumer Protection Law guarantees a 7-day appreciation period for you to consider and confirm if the product meets your needs. This is not a trial period for the product. If the store has provided you with such advice, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer paper box). Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.



The following cases cannot be accepted for returns:

Products beyond the 7-day appreciation period.

Products that have been opened and used or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear and tear, scratches, dirt.

Returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices and accessories.

Malicious or excessive returns.


Return Process



Black Cat Express: Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare complete product and invoice → Provide pickup time and contact information, address → The logistics commissioned by the store will handle the retrieval.



Convenience Store Pickup: Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare complete product and invoice → Visit the convenience store (7-Eleven, FamilyMart) using the store pickup service to return the product to the original store. The shipping fee incurred will be refunded along with the order.

For convenience store pickups, provide proof of identity documents. Buyers, please assist in filling in the recipient information:

Refund Information



For credit card payments: After confirming successful return, the refund will be directly processed to the original credit card account.

For bank transfer payments: After confirming successful return, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
